Description
Situated in the heart of Britain's premier pork producing region, Procter's Sausages was established in February 1994, in response to the market domination of indistinct pink prodders. With emphasis on local sourcing of quality-only produce, Procter's Sausages has been at the forefront of the Great British Banger renaissance.
Using hand-linking methods employed for generation after generation, we produce a sausage of particular distinction and are proud to be the 2006 Southern and Eastern Counties Supreme Sausage Champions.
Our commitment to local producers of high quality foods is reflected in our outstanding range of preserves, pickles, sauces, free range eggs, hams and bacons. We do have to admit that not everything can be found locally, so have over the years found some wonderful produce, including imported salamis and cured meats from Italy and a fascinating range of groceries from South Africa - and let's not forget our highly awarded haggis from Edinburgh!
